Too many Cts? And Ct pregnancy ? Are my a and my 2 year old daughter doomed? I cannot live anymore

Hello when I was 3 month pregnant I bumped my head, nothing serious but the doctor unseated to put me under a Ct head without my willing. Then I had other 2 head Ct when I wasn’t pregnant and I’m fine with them 

what concerns me more is the fact she did 2 Ct in 10 minutes while I was pregnant, because I moved my head so she came back to stop my head and have another one so for me those are 2 scans and not one 

I’m feeling so bad , now I do expect my and my daughter die in the next 10 year for a cancer induced by ct and I didn’t protect her , believe me I couldn’t be more depressed

    Hello, I think you need to stop worrying if they thought a ct would cause any harm while pregnant they wouldn’t do one.

    I am sorry to hear about the worry you have for your child.

    I have looked at some statistics from medical literature about the risk to the unborn child when the mother has a CT scan of the head.  It is a tiny risk of less than 1 in 1 000 000 ( that is less than 1 in a million) of developing childhood cancer.  

    I also think that you only had one CT scan (and not two) when you described your head being repositioned but your GP can clarify that for you.

    If this is really worrying you then you should discuss this with your GP, who will hopefully put your mind at rest.
