Dentist referral?

I had a dental procedure, back in February 2023, all went well, but on the lower left next to extraction, I noticed and felt pain , and swelling, went back to dentist, and was referred? To Maxiofacil team , had an X-ray, - showed a shadow, then referred to CT 

Why , would this all be going on ?  Got a appoint, in few days , with a caronoma surgeon, very worried

    I am afraid that we cannot throw any more light on your situation. You will have to wait for the results of the scan you had and the appointment with the specialist doctor you have been referred to know more.

    I realise that this must be a worrying time so I hope you have support and do not wait too long to know more.
