I'm afraid no one her can tell you what this pain might be the result of however most of the time symptoms settle within a few days and will be caused by something less serious than a cancer.

If and when symptoms don't go away it is best to arrange an appointment with a GP. They are in the best position to assess you and if needed they can also arrange more tests to find out more.
