Nipple inversion suddenly advice?

Hi, I’m 21 years old my right nipple inverts in the centre when it’s soft however goes back to normal when it’s cold and i can push it in and out. My left seems to ever so slightly invert but not as much  this seems to of happened gradually however I can never remember them being like this. 

I’ve made a doctors appointment however it’s not for another week and a half so I’m getting super anxious and worried.

I’ve lost a little bit of weight about 8/10 from going to the gym but nothing to dramatic however I haven’t made any hormonal changes to my pill of anything like that.

    I am sorry to hear that you are feeling anxious about your breast. Try not to let your mind run away with you.

    We can't diagnose you, but breast cancer is not common at your age. It usually affects women in their 50's and 60's.  You also say that your nipple returns to normal when it is cold. 

    When you see your GP they will be able to perform a breast examination and hopefully put your mind at rest. If they do feel that you need to have further investigations they may refer you to a breast clinic.

    Try not to overthink it for now.
