What level is normal for inflammatory markers in routine blood test 4 weeks after 5 fractions of radiotherapy? Previously told vit B 12 low & to take over counter tablets. So this was unexpected. Advice please a repeat test booked for 2 weeks time.
Expected ranges for bloods can be quite individual depending on a number of factors. So I am afraid that it is not possible for anyone, other than your doctor or specialist nurse (CNS) who know you,to be able to say what is out of range and whether it is a particular concern.
It is normal to do a recheck of bloods as things can change and a stand alone out of range test result, like inflammatory markers, wouldn't necessarily need action.
