Having flu like symptoms and nausea for months but no flu

Hi everyone I’ve been having problems for over 2 months now and I’m really worried. I’ve been to A&E twice over dizziness, nausea, shortness of breath and back pain which I have had for over two months. They have given me a chest x ray, a heart scan, blood tests and urine sample checked twice all of which have came back clear and no sign of infection. The last few days the back pain has gone but I keep getting other symptoms. When I do a light activity I get heart palpitations, shortness of breath and dizziness which cause me to collapse to the ground and hearing loss which returns back to normal when the dizziness stops. The nausea however is all day every day and is worse when I eat. I feel dizzy when I’m not moving too. I have been suffering with pressure type headaches for the last few days which feel like somebody is pushing their foot down on my brain and also fullness in my ears. I have weak and aching arms and legs too which comes and goes. As this has been going on too long to be a virus and I’ve been told that there is no sign of infection, chest or heart problem, I’m getting really concerned. At first the symptoms were coming and going but now they’re a bit more frequent and each time they come back they’re worse. The pressure moves from my head to my ears but it’s mainly in my head and I have a metallic taste in my mouth and I can’t smell very good anymore which is making the nausea worse. I keep smelling an ammonia type of smell. Stress is making the symptoms worse and I can’t concentrate on things or work things out as good as I could before. I keep having nightmares too and I’m confused a lot. I also get inner body and head shakes. I have chronic fatigue syndrome but I’ve never felt like this with it before and having rest isn’t helping either. I find myself crying sometimes because the symptoms are really bad. I’m really worried and I don’t know what to do. I’m only 26 years old and I’m hoping it’s not serious but I feel like it must be and I don’t know where to turn. Could somebody please help with what this might be? Thanks
