Hello, I was diagnosed with Endometrial Hyperplasia without Aytpia over 7 years ago at the age of 53 after post menopausal bleeding.  Mirena coil was inserted and signed off form consultant 2 years later when womb lining showed aa normal with advise to remove or change coil 5 years from insertion, Due to covid restrictions was advised to keep mirena in longer and have only just had it removed  5 days ago.  I had no bleeding after removal and the doctor said she didn’t expect any but after 3 days I developed light pink  spotting which has got slightly heavier and darker looking.  - does this mean still problem with Endometrial Hyperplasia, normal after coil removal or may be infection?
