Hi, back again. Im a bit confused and have a question.

Today i spoke to the secretary at my gp. I mentioned its been four weeks this Saturday since my pelvic ultra sound. She said she would chase it up, ten miniutes later she rang back to tell me "did you recieve a letter you have an appointment on the 26th" i said yes, but because the letter looked generic, giving an appointment date and time and also saying "if you wish to cancel then please get in touch with a member of the team" it didnt say we would like you to come in to discuss your scan results. I was waiting for an appointment from the Gynocology dept which was refered back in March and receiving this letter made me think it was from the March referal as i was told it could take Ten weeks to get an appointment.

So my question is if they found something from my scan would the letter read differently or would it be just as blunt as ive described .
