I had a lumpectomy followed by radiotherapy for grade 2 Invasive Lobular breast cancer in Feb 21 and I now take tamoxifen. I’m getting a lot of cramp in my ribs on that side, in my breast and a lot of pain/aches in my arm all the way down to my wrist. My breast really swells and is really painful. I also get cramp and leg twitching regular and just wondered if this could be Lymphoedema , I feel daft ringing my GP about cramps but sometimes the pain is excruciating and just wondered if this is common and can you give me any advice?
