I found a lumb on my rib cage, about 2 months ago and it feels like it's getting bigger, only now recently been to see my doctor and he's sending me for a ultrasound scan, do I need to worry or not
I don't know whether this is anything to worry about but lumps and bumps appear on the body all the time. It will only be with investigation you will find out what it is.
What I can say is not all lumps are cancer, they are more commonly lipomas which is a non-cancerous lump of fatty tissue.
Waiting for scans can be difficult when we are worried about our health, but do try to keep busy and not look for answers online.
