Missed periods are not a sign of cervical cancer. 

Periods can be irregular for many reasons in a young woman, and for most women it is not usually caused by anything serious. However, because you are worried you may want to make a GP appointment to talk about it.

As I said it is unlikely that anything serious is the matter but do get checked out by your GP to be on the safe side.
