I am sorry to hear you are worried about this indent in your breast.

I'm afraid no one here can say if it is linked to the implant or something else so you do need to speak to your GP just to be on the safe side.

If needed they can refer you to the breast clinic for more tests but remember there can be many reasons for breast changes and it won't always be linked to breast cancer.
