I am sorry to hear about your concern but I am afraid that no one here can tell you what is the matter.

It looks like you have had some tests and investigations done and reassuringly none of them have shown anything worrying.

Lymph nodes can get bigger for many reasons, such as a current or past infection. I think the best thing to do, if you are worried about it, is to make a GP appointment to get it checked out. While you are waiting for this do not press and prod this area as this could make it worse.
