When you say EBRT I think you are talking about external beam radiotherapy so that is what I have provided some information on.  You can read more about radiotherapy for breast cancer here

You can normally continue using your usual deodorant, and moisturise the skin daily with a usual moisturiser, but do stop if it starts to become sore and let your team know.

Some people feel sick when they have radiotherapy but this is more common when it is given near the bowel, stomach or brain.  It may be a good idea to try eating and drinking in the morning before you go to the hospital, and see how you feel.  Try to keep taking sips of water, as you say, you don't want to get dehydrated which could make you feel more unwell.
