hi my husband had this condition for a few month and he was worried if he has MS so he went to get MRI done at private hospital.( he doesnt have any typical MS symptomns tho) 

and the doctor send him a letter( the letter was made 3days after the MRI but receieved a week later),

saying " received the result of your MRI. This showed some signal changes that are likely to be relevant regarding your symptoms. I recommend a follow up appointment either in person or for example via Zoom to discuss the result and the best way forward from here." 

does this sound like some serious issues has been found like MS? or nothing serious but theres ben found something that could be causing his condition? such has hernia and stuff?
