I am afraid that no one here can tell you why this has happened. If you are concerned then it would be best to book a GP appointment and let them know about it. If your GP is concerned then you may be sent to have an ultrasound scan.
While I know this may be a worrying thing to happen it still does not mean you necessarily have cancer.
