Hi everyone, hope you are all doing well. My question is my PSA on hormone therapy fell to 2.1 three months ago. My latest reading is 2.74. Is this anything to be concerned about ?
I think in general with PSA readings while on treatment, doctors are usually more interested in seeing a trend from several results, rather than a single reading that has gone up a bit. But I am not sure of all the circumstances so do run this past someone in your medical team or specialist nurse if you have one.
