Breast pain

Can breast pain and lumpiness be caused by cysts, I have had pain in my right breast for few weeks, it's not related to my cycle, some times my breast can be tender, other times just a aching pain,  I have noticed slight improvement after putting anti inflammatory cream on it .

 

So worried could be cancer have a 3 n 7 year old, can anyone give me some.positive vibes

    I know you are worried about breast pain, but nobody on here is going to be able to say what might be the cause.

    Breast pain can happen for a number of different reasons, see link here.

    Most breast pains are not anything serious and can be linked to hormones, but as it is a new symptom that's been consistent for a few weeks its best to get checked out by a doctor. Your GP is the only one who can assess you and decide if anything needs further investigation.

    Thank you for replying. I have an appointment with the Nurse practitioner tomo.  

     

    Fingers crossed I can get checked at the breast clinic
