I have these painless lumps that swell from time to time inbetween my vagina opening and anus should I be worried ?

No one here can say what these swellings may be. However if they go up and down they are less likely to be anything serious.
We suggest if you remain concerned you speak to your GP who can properly assess you and tell you what these may be.
