I can understand you feeling worried about this bleeding and want to know what has caused it.

If things have been ok until now after sex and the lletz treatment (large Loop excision of the transformation zone) was 4 months ago it is unlikely to be the cause of the bleeding.

There are many reasons that people bleed after sex, and it can be quite upsetting when this happens.  You can read more about the causes here.

If it continues to happen it would be a good idea to see your GP or local sexual health clinic as they will be able to examine you and see if there is anything causing it.
