Hello Hayley85
I'm sorry to hear that you're having some pains following your procedure earlier today.
Our nurse team won't be back in the office until 9 am on Tuesday morning.
This information about hysteroscopy and this information about having a coil on the NHS website may give you some reassurance but if you're at all concerned then do give NHS 111 a call for some advice.
I hope things settle for you soon.
Best wishes,
Jenn

Hello Hayley and thanks for posting
I am sorry for the delay in getting back to you being the BH weekend.
Hopefully you are feeling much more comfortable now and the pain has eased off. As the information that Jenn gave you says, it isn't unusual to have some cramping after this procedure but it should settle pretty quickly.
If you are still in pain or have notice any discharge or a temperature do let your doctor know asap or call NHS 111 for advice.
Wishing you all the best
Take care
Naomi
