I'm sorry to hear that you are disappointed with what has happened.

When attending a breast clinic appointment the first thing that usually happens is an examination. This enables the team to decide what happens next.  It sounds like the radiologist wasn't available to do the scan on the day you were there, but the doctor who examined you was confident that you have a cyst, which did not need an urgent scan.  Hopefully, this can be reassuring for you. 

Unfortunately, scans are sometimes taking longer at the moment.  It can be difficult when you are waiting, but do try to keep busy to take your mind off it.

You have posted in the Ask the Nurses section of the forum. You may find that you get more responses in another section, but do remember everyone is different, and can have different outcomes and experiences even when the situation sounds very similar.
