You may have been given some information about the LLETZ procedure you had and this may have given advice about the things you may need to do after having it done.
I have looked at the information about the LLETZ procedure on an NHS hospital's website. It says it is best to avoid having a bath for 4 weeks after having it done. It also advises not to do any vigorous exercise (including swimming) for at least two weeks. You can see this information here
According to the NHS website If you had a biopsy you may need to wait 4 to 8 weeks to get your results.
