I am sorry to hear about the symptoms you are having but as abnormal cells don't usually cause symptoms there is likely to be something else the matter.

Arrange an appointment with your GP practice so they can assess you and carry out some tests to find out what may be going on. It may be something as simple as an infection that may need treating with antibiotics but do speak with your doctor as soon as you can.
