Floatation therapy & reflexology after radiotherapy

I would love some advice please.

My husband has stage 4 lung cancer, he has just completed 15 sessions of radiotherapy and is now back taking his target therapy daily treatment. He has been offered the opportunity of receiving reflexology and the use of a floatation tank. Is this all safe for him. He has NO sore skin, cuts etc

the side effects fro the radiotherapy are a cough and aching chest, trouble going to the toilet (not quite constipation but not his normal routine), he has started to get cramp in his fingers - not sure if that's got anything to do with the radiotherapy or not. I know that magnesium can help with cramps and the floatation tank is Epsom salts so I was hoping that this may help the cramps and any muscle aches and pains too. It will also help to benefit his sleep pattern and help him to relax etc.

we are hoping that the reflexology will also help with bowl habits and relaxation etc.

Thank you for any advice received.
