I took my mum for an ultrasound today at 14-30. At 4pm her GP surgery phoned to say they want her to go in tomorrow to discuss the results. Are results usually sent through to GP this quickly? I'm quite concerned
It can be a worry to hear back so quickly after a test has been carried out. However i'm afraid no one here can say exactly what may have been seen or picked up on the ultrasound.
Sit tight for now and wait and see what the doctor has to say today.
