I'm a 15 year old female and I have a lump in my neck about the size of a fifty pence coin.I've had it for two years now and had an ultrasound where they said it was fine. I was multiple tiny ones around it. I'm so scared what could this be
I am sorry to read that you are worried. From your post, I wasn't sure when you had it last assessed and when the ultrasound was. If this was relatively recent, it is probably okay to leave it for a while before asking to have it checked again. But if it is a while since you had it last looked at then ask your GP to assess it again. Most lumps and bumps turn out to be nothing serious, but if they are persistent it is always sensible to get them checked out again to be on the safe side.
