Hi all

I woke a few days ago with a small bump right in the middle of my chest at the top of my sternum, it's fairly tender to touch, but not noticable when moving arround. The bump itself could be bone, or the fatty layer above, it's difficult to say. Where I'm worried is the accompanied pain in my upper back and neck, I have recently had a bout of bronchitis and I'm wondering if these could be signs to indicate something more serios, or if it's just anxiety causing me to notice additional pains. I will be seeking medicle advice as soon as possible, but wondered if anyone had eperienced something similar or had a professional opinion?
