I am sorry to hear you have been waiting so long for the biopsy results taken during the colonoscopy and appreciate how unsettling this must be for you.

It is worth trying to speak to the secretary again to ask what the delay may be and if there is anyone else you could speak to in the meantime if these are still not ready.

Failing that if you haven't already raised this issue with the hospitals PALS department ( Patient Advice Liaison Service) explained here. They are able to offer support to patients and will investigate where needed to hopefully help to resolve a situation.

I had a colonoscopy done 3 yrs ago and they gave me the results when I had it done
