There could be any number orf reasons why you are bleeding after you have a poo but it is really only your GP who can assess you and perhaps organise a few tests that can really find out the cause.

This could involve having a vaginal ultrasound which may help to identify the problem.

The NHS have produced some information on different reasons why women may bleed after the menopause which you may find helpful to look at here

Keep an open mind as there are many non cancer conditions that may be the cause but it is always important to have it investigated.
