Small lumps in thighs

I have recently discovered small lumps on the inside/back of my thighs, they are small less than 1cm and I can only feel them when I apply pressure.

they are fairly soft and are completely painless.

any advice would be great!

  • Hello and thanks for your post

Lumps cause a lot of anxiety, but the majority turn out to be harmless. It's not possible to say what your thigh lumps may be due to. Only a doctor can make a medical assessment so the best thing to do is to make an appointment to see your doctor in a couple of weeks if it doesn’t settle down.  They will examine you and advise if anything needs to be done.

I hope you know more about your situation soon. Give us a ring if you want to talk anything over. The number to call is Freephone 0808 800 4040 and the lines are open from 9am till 5pm Monday to Friday.
