Right ovary bulky

So from time to time my right ovary would be sore I had an ectopic pregnancy In 2020 and had multiple internal scans done all to which my ovaries were fine valentines this year 2023 I was sent for a pelvic ultrasound due 2 pelvic pain and I missed a month of my period so the scan showed no mass or cysts but my right ovary was down on the report as bulky and now I'm sent for an urgent ct scan to look further into it does anyone have any idea what this might be

    It is so difficult waiting for the results of tests and scans, so I can understand you feeling anxious at the moment. Unfortunately, no one on Cancer Chat will be able to tell you what this is likely to turn out to be.  Probably the best thing to do until you see the doctor again is to try and do something to take your mind off things.  Try to avoid the temptation of searching on the web, as this will not tell you how likely this is going to turn out to be cancer and may frighten you more.  I am not a specialist in non cancerous conditions, but I imagine there could be lots of explanations for what the doctors have found that are not cancer.
