Breast pain  isn't usually a symptom of breast cancer,but I can appreciate it can be worrying to find a breast lump.

Most breast lumps will be found to be cysts or a build up of fatty tissue called fibroadenomas which can get bigger. These are usually harmless and of course hormones can also cause breast pain and discomfort and the overall feel of the breasts.
