A yellow discharge is not usually anything to be worried about. However, if this becomes smelly, or turns green, and/or you feel unwell, and /or have a high temperature then do let your GP know as this could be a sign of an infection and you will need antibiotics.
You can also call the colposcopy unit to let them know if you are worried about any type of discharge you are having.
