Hi - having a similar issue here except I'm 25. 1cm moveable hard pebble supraclavicular on the left side, I noticed it maybe 3 months ago. Saw my GP last week and she's referred me red flag to ENT, and for an ultrasound on my neck. Going for bloods tomorrow. She said multiple of my nodes in my left side of my neck are up. I've also been having frequent low grade fevers particularly at night time. 
I have had bacterial tonsillitis, Covid and a common cold in the last 3 months so half of me thinks it's all just reactive lymph nodes but the other half goes to worst case scenario! The waiting is stressing me out already.

Can I ask how you got on I have had bacterial tonsillitis strep the whole lot suffering for 3months of it going away with anti biotic and then week later coming back! Has been draining. I had enlarged Lymp nodes each time all on right under chin apart from the last one which hit my left and ulcer on tonsil ENT said left tonsil slightly inflamed gave me antibiotics cleared up the ulcer node has gone done since but I’m sure another few days puss filled tonsils gona come back. Hopfully not but Iv been sent for mri of the neck. What was your outcome in the end?
