I'm sorry to hear about the problems you have been having, it sounds like a worrying time.

Capecitabine can occasionally cause heart problems, such as changes to your heart rate or rhythm, angina or heart attack.  You can read more about the drug here.  Have you spoken to the team that is providing your cancer treatment since this happened?  It would be good to talk to them so they can offer you some advice about what happens next.  Perhaps get in touch with your specialist nurse if you have one.
