Vaginal bleeding can sometimes be a side effect of HRT, but it usually gets better over time, there is some information about it on the NHS website here . It would be sensible to mention the bleeding to your doctor just incase, especially if it doesnt get any better, but I think it's likely that it is a temporary side effect of the HRT. So do mention it to your doctor, but try not to worry too much at this stage.
