It is normal to experience some side effects after a colposcopy but usually any bleeding will settle within 3-5 days. If it continues for more than a week or you notice smelly discharge a temperature or pain let the clinic or your doctor know so they can assess you.
Diarrhoea isn't linked to colposcopy so it may just be a coincidence that you are having a little bit of an upset tummy.
