Hi, sorry this is making you anxious. Have you had treatment for any conditions other than Covid? Presumably if your neutrophils are low you were advised to look out for any signs of infection?
You may get a reply from the Nurses tomorrow, but if you are really worried, I sugest you call your GP (or whoever did the blood test and can look at the results) and ask if you will be tested again and what you should do in the meantime, if anything. Good luck x

There can be various reasons for drops or rises in blood counts but i'm afraid no one here can say what this has been caused by in your case.
As someone else has mentioned I suggest you speak with your own GP surgery to query if they are concerned or if indeed they wish to repeat the bloods or not.
Try not to worry and avoid googling for answers as it cannot tell you what is going on.
