It can be a worry to feel so unwell and not to know what is going on.

There can be many reasons for symptoms and unfortunately some people are very unwell with covid and it can cause lung changes in some people. Most symptoms won't be the result of a cancer but if the doctors are concerned they will arrange further tests to find out more.

I'm afraid as nurses we cannot diagnose or say what may be going on. As difficult as it may be try and hang in there until you have had the repeat chest x-ray and spoken to your own doctor.
