Is this a mole to worry about?

Currently in Canada waiting to head back to the UK. Have this mole that's become itchy and has grown slightly in size. Wondering if it is anything to worry about - whether or not I should be paying to check it out here in Canada where the medical system is strapped and struggling. Or something I can wait out till I head back next year.

    Always get a suspect mole checked out. Probably nothing, but if it's something, then waiting the best part of a year only leads to further problems. Nip things in the bud when they are small.

    Many moles do change over time but it is important that anything that looks different is checked out just to be on the safe side. Doctors are very used to assessing moles and if they suspect something isn't right they will refer on to the dermatologist ( skin specialist).
