Hello, and thank you for posting. I am sorry to hear about your father.

Unfortunately I am unable to give a prognosis for your father as I am not a doctor or part of his care team. The oncologist that your dad has been referred to will be able to give you an idea from the information that they already have about his cancer.

I have placed here some information about advanced bowel cancer (cancer that has spread to other organs in the body) which may be useful.
