 Im not here for recognition or diagnosis of what it could be but I honestly need advice on how to check lump if they are moveable or not.I put ask the nurses as I'm unsure what topic this goes In.

feel free to read my situation.

I found a lump and a rash on my neck at the end of year 2022.The lump and small patchy rash is still here. I don't feel or think I have any other symptoms. When I touch the lump I can not figure out if it's movable or not and I do not know find out if it is moveable. When I lie flat the lump kind of goes in  very deep to point I can not feel it.  Im going to speak with my GP about my concern and im checking my body once a week in case I find any other lumps or rashes.
