I am sorry to hear you have other family members who have had breast cancer and appreciate how having these symptoms must be worrying you.

I'm afraid no one here is going to be able to say whether this lump and discharge you are having is caused by cancer or something else so for now the best thing to do is sit tight and wait for the results.

Waiting and not knowing is very unsettling but trying to keep yourself busy and your mind on other things can sometimes be useful but I imagine this is difficult.
