It can be an anxious time having symptoms and undergoing tests but try and take this one step at a time for now.

A ca125 blood test can be raised due to any type of inflammation going on in the pelvic region and this can be the result of many different things including ovarian cysts, fibroids and endometriosis so try not to read too much into this borderline result for now.

Often doctors run this test alongside a pelvic ultrasound to build up a picture about what may be going and guide  what further tests or treatment is needed.

Whilst other people may experience similar ailments to you the cause may be different to yours so it is impossible to compare, i'm afraid. likewise google cannot diagnose what is happening either and often causes more worry that answers so steer clear of the internet for now.

Speak to your doctor when you can to find out what the next steps may be.

I'm 30 and had been having the exact same symptoms as you, plus others, my result was 20 something, the doctor said that was within the norm. I thought 0-35 was in the normal range. 

I would push for an ultrasound if you are concerned, best to be safe and put your mind at rest xx
