hi, im 15 year old female, and i'm sort of going through a similar thing at the moment. i noticed a lump in my neck in may and since then several others had appeared. 

i went to the gp who said they were swollen lymph nodes, and i was also sent for a blood test with an urgent referral to haematology. 

my blood results came back within 2 working days, and everything seemed perfectly within range, which made my doctor not concerned at all, and my urgent referral was downgraded to an 11 month waitlist. 

i know it's hard not to worry, because i was worrying a lot (and still am a little bit), but everything will okay.

I'm sorry you are having these worries about your health, but I'm glad you have seen the GP and they are reviewing you and your bloods.

Lymph nodes can be swollen and appear lumpy when they are working hard against any virus or bugs in the system. You can often not know what your immune system is busy doing so it isn't unusual to not have other symptoms. 

What can be difficult is the waiting for test results as your mind can race with scenarios, but probably best to stop looking online and on forums like this as they do have a cancer focus.

Take care, try and keep yourself busy and distracted if you can, and hopefully you will know more soon.
