Hi, The last few weeks I have had a lot of pain in my right breast. I can't feel any lump. It's difficult to ascertain where the pain is actually coming from as it radiates. It feels very deep inside my breast and my armpit is also very tender and sore. I don't see any changes in my breast at all but cannot escape how painful this is. Five years ago I was diagnosed with left side Lobular breast cancer. This was found through a routine mammogram. I had no pain and no lumps so this was a shock. I had  a-mastectomy with immediate reconstruction. Last November that was my five years done and I was given the all clear. Given my history then I'm obviously concerned but at the same time I'm trying to be practical and think it could be muscular or a whole host of reasons that are not cancer. Should I go see a GP and get this checked out? I don't want to be an alarmist or waste anyone's time so some advice here would so helpful. Thanks you in advance.
