I can understand you asking about this as waiting for results can be stressful. But I'm afraid I don't know why your MRI results are in earlier than you anticipated. It might because the hospital staff had less scans to report on the day you were at the hospital. There may also not be a particular reason, so try not to read anything into it and keep an open mind for now. 

I hope your GP can shed some light on this when you speak to him next week.
