The pain that you are experiencing maybe from the radiotherapy but we can't diagnose you so I would get in touch with your GP or your breast care nurse and let them know.

I am not sure how you are being followed up after your breast cancer treatment. Some centres see patients regularly while other centres rely on patients to get in touch with them if they have any new symptoms. We have some information about follow up after breast cancer treatment here
