I am sorry to hear about your mum's symptoms. Diarrhoea on it's own is not usually a symptom of liver cancer but we can't diagnose her and if it carries on then do encourage her to make an appointment with her GP so her symptoms can be investigated. The diarrhoea could be a bacterial or viral infection but of course I can't be sure. Do encourage her to drink plenty of fluids.
